Thank you all for the feedback and at Kuquels yes i believe thats what im planing to do with hubbs. I will take the letter along with us and try our luck ; and god willing i can get the visa extended for another one month ; like you said it all depends on the moods of these people, which i believe is just not fare, but then again whats fare in todays world :) its just pure luck !
