Vista for example has torrenting built in. So does the Opera browser.
You don't blame the system, you blame the people who abuse it.
You can't say the internet is illegal because there's porn, it's the people who put the porn online :P
Anyway, I use uTorrent.
On my 2mb connection I get around 2.8mb download.
