The hospital authorities will give application form for the birth certificate. you need to fill.it and give it to the hospital admin with your and wife's passport copy and valid rp copy .They will give it back to you with the seal ,that you take to the womens hospital of hamad medical.( go to the reception and tell them the requirment)they will give a number on the paper that you submit.Take that one and go to National Health Authority,near by Lulu center and submit for birth certificate with the necessary fee. Wait for one week and collect the cirtificate.Then go to your embassy apply for passport and your home country birth certificate.after getting passport take it to your cmpany to get the Rp
