There should be someone who can cheer you up and take care of you when you feel low. Feeling low is natural because we get tired in the end of trying to keep everything always up. Feeling that way should not mean that you are feeling low, you might need sometime to rest, to chill out, to forget about things that put you under pressure and stress.
Try talking to someone who is really close to you, understand your situation and the different circumstances. This person or those people can help you better, can best your best friend, your close friend, a close family member ...
Always keep in mind that what goes up, should sometimes go down. The trick is in getting back ASAP to the top.
