On arrival visa can be availed in Doha for GCC residents provided following are met
a. GCC resident permit must be valid more than 6month from the date of arrival to Doha.
b. Their profession should be in high catogery eg: doctor,engineer,manager
Visa will be issued for 01month for a fee of 100QAR. Only credit cards accepted.
Or
You may have to sponsor for a visa at airport prior to your relatives arrival from Airport visa issuance office.
Documents are...
1. your passport and RP photo copy.
2. Vistiors passport details if possible photocopy of the passport.
3.relationship proof.
