I would suggest you to contact facebook and for the ip address of the person, once you get to know the ip address then you can contact Q-tel (if the ip is from qatar) and explain your situation and if they find it genuine enough then they can give you the location of d person.... but i guess it not so easy to get ip address from fb, as you might have to get some legal papers.
