if u were gonna take karwa bus, from al ahli hospital take bus no. 56 going to bus terminal and take bus no. 11, it has a bus stop next to najma souk, also known as Souk Haraj.

if by karwa taxi, just ask them to take you to souk haraj..

and if you have your own car, download map in google map or google earth =) or you may use ur gps...u can buy gps at souk as well.
