She agreed before with her employer to give her sometime for us to prepare for our marriage and getting married itself without cancelling her visa,since then she didnt go to her employer again.There is no promise that they will give her release once we want to transfer her sponsorship but its clear that already shes resigned from her job with their visa standing. Now we are hesitant to go to her employer since we dont know what will be the response. If they will not give her release what will be our options? what we will do next for her to be under my sponsorship? by the way we have already the family visa thanx
