Wat soniya said is rite. U can get on arrival visa if u r in a managerial level. We had been to dubai July month and we got on arrival visa. Charges will be 180QR per head. U need to just fill a form n submit in the airport u will get the visa.

But no idea whether the rules have changed this month or not.
