Ok may be i wasnt enough clear...

The sender uses the US POST SERVICE, he does not have a tracking number is not like FEDEX or DHL... i just need to know is there is a POSSIBLE WAY TO ASK IN THE POST OFFICE by using my NAME, MOBILE NUMBER or ID NUMBER within their parcels already receipt... if not im screwed.....
