One of my friend told me that they performed the rituals individually. i.e. one parent go and perform rituals and the other is babysitting.
Although Me and My wife performed Umrah with Both kids. the best way, in my opinion, is to take a wheel chair (available free of cost outside Marwah Gate) and put both the kids on the wheel chair.
If you will go in Ramadan, sometimes they disallow wheel chairs in the Mataaf due to crowd. then you will have to perform Tawaf on the first floor. It would be a long circle then, but wheel chairs are definitely allowed.
Salam,

All the best.
