Go to the American ladies at Glow salon. There are two americans there. one cuts and one colors, they are AMAZING.
i went 3 days ago. I got layers put in my hair and highlights.
people at work were blown away the next day and said i look sexy. (me, a mother of 2 look sexy?? whoo hoo!)
i was very happy with Glow.
they are reasonably priced, but you will need a reservation as they seemed to be pretty booked.
