once your family arrived here,you can go for medical in medical commision(abu hamoor).you should take original pp and visa copy with100 riyalks
.in couple of days you will get the result.
go for stamping.your result will be there.

If you exit from 6 months visa,you should wait another 3 months for next 6 months visit.but in permanant visa you can arrive any time..
