If you are on vacation during Eid holidays you will not get paid. If it is the other way round that means if the Eid is on 9th and if you are leaving on 8th evening then your leave can be started after the Eid holidays and you will get the payment with your leave pay. If you are going on 4th and coming back after Eid holidays most of the Companies will not pay you for the Eid holidays. It is like week ends. If you are joining on a Thursday you will get the salary of Friday and Saturday if both of them are holidays for your firm but If you are joining on Sunday then you will not get the salary of Friday and Saturday.
