Yes. As mentioned above it is legal to take two bottles of wine bought in the duty free (or more, or less, or not, depending on your destination) out of the country. If you're talking about wine purchased out of the duty free, even with the liquor permit I don't know if you can take them out of the country, and even so it's probably not worth all the hassle.
