speaking of the 90s ~ remember there used to be an anuual (i think it was an annual +_+) parade on the corniche? the Flower Parade i believe that what it was called (or maybe flowers were only part of the whole parade or ceremony) i don't remember what was it for though the memory is not that vague ~ mostly i remember were the beautiful flower decorations and festoons in it =)
