As has been said many times now - you will need to import one from another country. The dog would have to be a minimum of 4 months old and be fully vaccinated with all it's paperwork in place. Buying, importing etc will cost you a minimum of QR6,000.
Don't be tight and just order the cheapest puppy online. The last 2 daschunds that were bought online from India were a disaster. The female died within a couple of days from Parvovirus and the male is severely deformed.
