The brand that makes these are well known in China. It's the SAME company that manufactures SonyEricsson and Nokia phones in China.
I didn't understand the second part of the comment, however if it will put your mind at ease. You can go to www.neowin.netwww.esato.comwww.howardforums.com and check my feedback under the alias "Amnesia" or on ebay with the alias "Amnesiabuy" (with 100% record).
If that doesn't give you a clean and perfect record, then I don't know what does.
It's also sad that it almost seems that you were trying to ruin a sale...
Obviously if you buy something from someone on a site and not on a proffessional level, you're not going to get a warranty :S

@all, I'll repeat since some may have misunderstood knox's comments. These are not 'fakes'. These are a Chinese brand (which comes from the same company that manufactures SonyEricsson and Nokia phones).
It's not a perfect phone and it'll not be as great as the big brands, but this is what you get for a good price rather than buying two mobile phones and keeping them in your pocket.

You can also order a mobile from either www.widgx.net or www.fluidmobile.com which are both websites and shops owned by myself.
