You cannot find tattoo ink for sale in Qatar, may be it would be best ordering online, but not sure then again if it would be received by the authorities since tattooing is supposed to be banned in Qatar.

However there are places that sell tattoo pen and ink for eyebrow and lip tattooing, which is really a confusing factor, cause according to many of them Tattooing is Illegal in Qatar !!!! But how come its not illegal for Lip and Eye Brow Tattooing, still its the skin on the human body ait !!!
