just go to Traffic dept QDL section and get the details it takes 2 mints process to exchange ur licence and you have to carry ur visa,debit care ect for 250/-QAR fees for the new licence or 54 21 225/hasim...contact this guy ( he is working or helping for traffic related matters to the people in traffic dept area)...all the best
