eh? I personally would never allow somebody who I dont know to use my letter heads, receipts and invoices.. unless i establish franchise, and sell my licenses, and force all franchisees to follow my methods and ways of running business..
why would i let you use my name otherwise? I don't know what type of activities you gonna be involved in.. what if you create some bad image of my Company's name? what if you gonna do something illegal under my umbrella?
I think even what you offer is already illegal by itself.. If you work for some company you cannot work part-time without NOC from this company.. if you are not working, you have to register your business with the authorities, to get all documentation such as Commercial Registration, Municipality License, trade license, ect. Government has to know what type of business you gonna run, and either approve it or reject it..
