no doubt QP salary/ benefits structure is very good in the market.

You all must think from HR point of view. How experienced he is/ Qualification/ Marital status ... also pls. not there are 100s of other allowance which QP never mention in the offer as are part of Job such as overtime/ delay shift allowance etc ... also private medical scheme which covers Dental/ maternity worldwide even for junior staff also...

Give him a break ... GRD you pls compare your current salary n benefits with QP and inquire other benefits from QP HR then you decide.
