The last two are not full food channels but they have a lot of cooking shows on them

Fatafeat has shows in both Arabic and English (with Arabic sub-titles) I believe it is produced out of Lebanon and is free to air.

Food Network is a US produced channel and it and the two BBC channels are part of the satellite/Mosaic (I think) channel packages.
