I tried Edmarks,now I am taking Slim Tea and literally no rice for the past 25days,my diet daily is 2slices of brown bread,1QFM brown kubus in the afternoon with salad 1/2 small cup,1 slim tea at 5pm,1chapathi,I walk for 30minuits brisk walk,still not reduced even 1kilo,dont know what next,may be only 6 ltrs of water per day by July is the target.
