I don't get it.. if the application for the business visa is submitted, it takes few hours to issue a visa. what's the point to apply fo r the work visa, which is usually takes longer to issue than a business visa? the answer for your question is: yes, of course you CAN apply, but one of the visas will be rejected as soon as the other one is issued... the person cannot have 2 types of visa at the same time
