1. I have heard of some very unfair dismals at Qatar Airways
2. Great Cabin Crew - Ground Service is awful
3. 5* - my bottom

With this investigation will there be any possibility that the humble passenger like me (!) Will be able to put forward their opinion?
I have been treated REALLY badly a couple of times.

We pay a good fair whack for the ticket and we get treated with contempt.
