you're right hashin. I agree with you. My view point is that it's better to start somewhere that is growing at a rapid rate. I'm sure Qatar will acheive the level that Dubai has and for me, I'd want to have a strong footing in the market rather than going somewhere that is already developed.
For me, I came back for that reason, otherwise I would've headed to Shanghai (which is amazingly fun :P)
