Thanks for the replies. Anyway, FYI I had tried twice already: over the counter and online using the same sending (QNB) and receiveing (BPI) banks. The charge would cost around USD40 + USD4 (QNB charge) even if you send dollar to peso or dollar to dollar accounts. And...I was not happy. I will try remittance next time.
