The network issue is due to the unexpected and fantastic response to our 2010 free mins promotion. A lot of customers joined up to take advantage of this fantastic offer which in turn increased traffic on the network. We are working on installing more cells in the effected areas and hope to have a resolution in the near future. Sorry for the incovience.
