Theoretically any company can issue a business visa. But when it comes to certain nationalities, some companies are allowed to issue BV’s for these nationalities, another are not... not depends on the nature of the company, but rather on its strength.I would say some unknown "kakamayka" company won't be able to issue a filipina female BV, especially if this company is managed by filipinos.
