if you have a valid/ not expired license go to traffic department show your original license and a photocopy of your license for approval.and they will advise you if they will approve to take the half course or full course... try Al Khebra Driving School there's an office of traffic dept. there in Abu Hamour or Al Rayah Driving School in Madinat Khalifa Area...hope this can help kabayan...
