Knox, the laws on animals ARE applied on humans, afterall scientifically we are animals too. Testing always starts with animals, and when the tests show consistent results, they start testing on humans, come on u can't expect them to experiment on humans right away, we're not lab rats. For example, cloning...didn't they first test it on sheeps and cats ?
As for our intelligence, strength, and endurance...they ARE dictated by genes.
