Why Dont' you go to your embassy and make a valid comlaint. After you make a complaint they will give you a note and they might direct you what to do if not go to police a make complaint with the embassy note and you could file a case against the company and can take a compnesate from them with a panelty. do not worry go and make a legal complaint make sure you have all relevant documents to prove that you work for the company.

As for work continously i do not sure if your company give you a no objection certificate then you could find a another employers but that is totally depend how your company act on the request.
