im confused,i think before u become Microbiologist,u have to finished your B.S Medical Technology,,,take a board exam for ur license then u became Medical Technologist,,,
well i dont know where u from,,maybe different curriculum,,1 year experience now a days here in Qatar had a difficulty in getting license,,,because they are requiring 3-5 yrs of experience in ur specific field(LABORATORY)
Anyway why not just try to submit ur CV to other private hospital..
