Go to any IBQ Bank and get a V.I.P Mastercard (its a credit card) you don't need to open a bank account nor to get credit from the bank, all you need is to provide your ID and Qr 100 then you can desopit as much money as you would like to spend (can be use any were thru the net, shops, restaurant, car rent agencies, etc)
