Whenever they reject someone, they've got their reason.
The best thing to do is for him to show that there is a 'reason' to get married.
For example, "he's tried to marry a Qatari woman, but nobody accepted him, now he's getting old and found a foreigner that he wants to marry and that accepts him".
It's a lie but it'll invoke sympathy.
