i bought a Mac Book Pro amounting to 8,000+ riyals at Virgin Megastore in Villagio. After a month of using MBP problem starts coming in with the superdrive (dvd writer). I brought it back to Virgin Megastore last 27 October 2007 for them to repair the superdrive problem. I learned that the repair & product support is exclusive to virgin megastore & not with apple repair center. Until now im still waiting for my MBP and its been 38 days, still they cannot release my MBP... I am very disappointed.
