If it's related to marketing, how about general advertising strategies and how many shops fail to capitalize.
For example, I see ALOT of shops at night with their lovely large logo but no explanation of what they have or what they do. Or if they DO explain, they have it in tiny font or with a backlight that is impossible to read while driving.
