If I am not mistaken...its the Ashghal Office (in Al Sulaiti Towers).If that is the case...coming from Bidda park towards Sheraton....take left turn on Sheraton Round About....then take first right & then further right. After around 350-400 meters.....the Tower 1&2 would come on your left.
