That's IMPOSSIBLE. Really sorry to say that. We've been looking for 2 BHk + 1 Bath room for range QR3500,- for a year now. Dont think that's the market price. We r now paying QR3300 for 1 BHK at matar kadeem, but if you wish a far away land and a very old villa, may be that's possible.
