Biju Abraham- Of course I know what Voluntary work is. However there is no harm in asking whether the person is willing to offer anything back. I have done a lot of Voluntary work in the past and usually people don't mind giving something in return. I haven't refused to work if there is nothing offered but there no harm in asking. Thank you for your information though.
