Well let me tell you that so far and to my Knowledge I have not heard of any driving school here in Qatar with that "facility"
Usually it is upon the user to make proper arrangements for transportation to attend classes and to go back home.
Like I said, I have not heard of this yet...so the best you can do is try to make your own plan.
On the other hand the closest Driving School you have is Al Rayyan Driving School Tel: 4877774. By the any taxi driver can take you there.
Call them and find out if that facility is now avilable (I seriously doubt it)
