Just be a regular on Qatar Living...engage yourself in discussions of your choice with people...there is a "QL Social Group" and they arrange get togethers on regular basis. Apart from that...you can join different groups of your interest like QL Volunteer Group or Sports Groups etc. That would help you in socializing....Hope it helps :-)
