the developer could be SO cheap on the finishing.

And the floor tiles and baseboarding and the ceiling trims? Absolutley AWFUL. Sloppy paint, plaster, incredible.
There shoud be a law on allowing such trash to be constructed.
No wonder Bavaria Suites opted out of that hellhole.
They simply stated the work being done was not up to their standard and it is easy to see why.
Steer clear of any development that Ezdan developers are in charge of. They absolutley dont care at all about who is living in it. Whatever is cheapest is used - period.
