The first Step is medical test,
Then after 3 days if it is fine the second step is to do fingerprint then after 3-4 more days you should go to the any immigration department (except the one at airport) with the results and passport + 2 paassport photos with blue colored background and the letter from labour dept and pay 500 QR for one year (Up to 3 years could be payed for) with the debit or credit. and that is all.
