Muntazah Health Centre is of course in Muntazah. If you are coming via C-Ring Road...from Ramada Junction towards Talib Al-Khouri Building....just take left turn on the first signal after Ramada Junction...go straight till the end...on the signal, take left and then right. After about 500 meters, Muntazah Health Centre will come on your left.
Moreover, If you are coming via B-Ring Road...from Jaidah Flyover towards Muntazah/Mansoura Area...Take Right on the First Signal after Jaidah Flyover.(Remember you'll see one non functional signal on your way...just leave it)...after taking right, go straight and take another right turn at the Round About...after around 300 meters, Muntazah Health Centre will come on your right.
For Health Card, go inside the building at your right at the Exit Gate. Get the forms from there...fill it and re-submit alongwith the documents, photographs & QR 100/year Fee.
