Go the Maroor (Traffic Division) at Madinath Khalifa...get the form typed by the Typists or any Typing Services Place around Doha (Cost around QR 10)...get it signed by your sponsor or if you are working for a company then it should also be stamped...go for the Eye Check Up or if you want to avoid long queues at the Traffic Office...you can do the Eye Test at any Registered Eye Clinic (Cost around QR 25)...then submit the form in the Traffic Office alongwith the Eye Test Result + Copy of your ID + Your Passport Size Photograph & Copy of your Australian License alongwith original for ready reference.
