I believe, you are talking about the one just before Messaid Sealine Beach. For that you'll have to join the Airport Road and go towards South East...cross Wakrah...After that you'll reach Messaid Industrial Area. Take Right turn on the first R/A to join the By Pass Road and then follow the sign posts of "Beach". Cultural Village will come a few kilometers before the Sealine Beach on your right side. It will take around 45 minutes driving with normal speed to get there from the Airport Signal. Hope it helps... :-)
