1st submit it as it is and if they are really intereseted in you they will definately ask you to get it attested from the indian embassy,which is a matter of a day and u will get your certificates back,by doing this way you might save some bucks if its really not needed for attestation.However please let us all know what was the actual outcome needed or not needed.
