If the parents are below the age of 60 no issue, with filled forms alongwith your passport and RP copy submit to anyof the immigration centre they will issue, cost is 200 QR per month, which is extendable upto 6 months,
If the age of parents are above 60 then u need to go to gharrafa immigration centre, then they will request u go to get approval from their manager who sits in first floor, if he approves, the rest of the procedure is same as above.
